Water’s Edge is the first phase of the commercial development by Maguire Properties at Playa Vista. Given the environmental and community
concerns at this site, we chose a lively design that depicts the native reeds and wildlife in a more contemporary way. The result was an
1,100 foot long construction barricade that discouraged vandalism or graffiti and won approval from the neighborhood.
